Molly Sigman MN, NBC-HWC

Getting healthier is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I have a Master's in Nursing from FPB Case Western Reserve University, and am a Health and Wellness Coach certified by Mayo Clinic and board certified by the ICHWC and National Board of  Medical Examiners. My journey on the wellness path has been a rich and rewarding one which began when I discovered yoga and Pilates balanced the rigors of my professional dance training and aided in the recovery and prevention of injuries. As a result, I hold certifications from Stott Pilates and Physical Mind Institute. Additionally, I am certified in Nutrition and Healthy Living, Plant Based Medicine, and as an EXOS Performance Specialist. I have a passion for all things made with kale, a myriad of movement practices, and for helping others achieve their optimal health and vitality--no matter where on the wellness continuum.
